Privacy Policy

Creators Dept is operated by Campbell Creative Co LLC (“Creators Dept,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we handle information relating to creatorsdept.com, agency inquiries, the Creators Dept Journal, and our agency’s calls, requested text messages, and scheduling. It does not replace the privacy policy for the separate Creators Dept product application.
Information we collect and use
Website inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact information, business details, and message you provide. We use this information to review your request, send an acknowledgment, respond to you, and manage our work together. Information submitted through the inquiry form is delivered to our team by email.
If a form offers an optional phone field or communication preference, we collect the information you choose to provide and a record of your choice. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, enroll you in promotional calls or texts.
Journal subscriptions
When you sign up for the Creators Dept Journal, we collect your email address and subscription preferences. We use Resend to send a confirmation email and, after you confirm, Journal emails. You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in a Journal email or contact pete@creatorsdept.com. Journal subscription choices are separate from consent to calls or text messages.
Business calls
Our business-call workflow uses an AI assistant. Information processed in that workflow may include your phone number, information you provide during the call, and call recordings, transcripts, and summaries. We use this information to respond to your request, keep an accurate record of the conversation, and arrange appropriate follow-up. Phone and AI service providers, including Bland AI, process information needed to operate this workflow. This Privacy Policy is not itself consent to record a call or to receive marketing calls.
Requested booking-link texts
Our requested-text program is designed to send one booking-link message to an inbound caller who requests it and confirms the destination number. It does not enroll callers in recurring promotional texts.
We process the destination phone number, the request and associated consent record, message content, delivery information, and any opt-out request. The purpose of this program is to deliver the requested booking link.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact pete@creatorsdept.com. SMS availability is subject to registration and activation.
If we introduce a different texting or calling program, we will provide the relevant information and obtain any consent required for that program.
Scheduling
We use Zoom Scheduler for agency appointments. When you book, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, other contact details you provide, and selected appointment time. We use it to arrange and manage the appointment.
Website performance and security
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and performance. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics or track visitors over time through fingerprinting.
We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms against bots and abuse. Turnstile processes technical signals, including IP address and browser information. Cloudflare explains its processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum: https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We disclose information as needed to providers supporting our agency operations, including website hosting and security, email delivery and subscriptions, phone and AI-assisted communications, and scheduling. Providers may also process information under their own applicable privacy notices.
We do not sell mobile phone numbers or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties for their own messaging or marketing. It may be disclosed to messaging aggregators and service providers only as necessary to deliver and support our text-message service on our behalf.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security concerns, or to protect legal rights. If our business is reorganized or transferred, information may be transferred subject to applicable law and privacy protections. Such a transfer does not by itself authorize new marketing communications.
Your choices and requests
You can contact pete@creatorsdept.com to ask questions, update your contact information, request removal from communications, or make a privacy request.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, receive information about its use and disclosure, or exercise other privacy rights. We will handle requests as required by applicable law. We may need information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority.
Unsubscribing from the Journal does not prevent us from responding to a separate inquiry or sending necessary communications about services you have requested.
Retention
Retention depends on why information was collected, our relationship with you, and applicable legal and business-record requirements. We may retain limited records of consent, requests, and opt-outs to document your choices and help prevent unwanted contact. A deletion request may therefore not remove every record where retention is permitted or required by law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, communications service, or storage system is completely secure.
Children
Our website and agency services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices change. We will post the revised policy and update its effective date, with additional notice where required by law.
